In accordance with art. 13 and 14 of the appeal of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on free access to such data and repealing the provisions of 95/46/EC - hereinafter "GDPR", we inform that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Akademia IECC Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at Wiertnicza 118, 02-952 Warsaw, tel. 574 068 750, e-mail address: olymp@abakus-center.eu.

  1. The processing of your personal data takes place in order to attend Abakus Mental Arithmetic online lessons, based on contracts concluded between the Administrator and the student or parent/legal guardian access (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR). Personal data in the form of an image registered in the form of photos/video recordings will be processed on the basis of consent (art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR).

  1. Your personal data will be processed during the organization of the classes and schedule. Data in the form of the image of students will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

  1. Recipients of your personal data may be entities provided for the Administrator: IT, legal, advisory, insurance services based on contractual agreements and persons authorized to receive your personal data on the basis of legal provisions, e.g. courts and state authorities.

  1. Personal data will be processed in the scope of name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, city/country of the parent and student.

  1. You have the right to:

  • access to the content of your data, rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing;

  • withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,

  • transfer personal data, i.e. to receive from the Administrator information about the processing of personal data, in a structured, used machine-readable format, to the extent that your data is used to conclude a contract;

  • lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

  1. Providing personal data is voluntary, and the result of refusing to provide it will be the inability to attend the classes. Refusal to consent to the processing of the image results in the Administrator's failure to make it public if it is registered in photos or video recordings.

  1. Personal data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.

  1. Due to the fact that photos and recordings with your image can be posted on the Administrator's fan pages located on social networking sites, we inform you that their servers may be located outside the EEA. They provide an adequate level of protection for personal data being processed that is accepted by the European Commission.

  2. Personal data will be collected directly from students, and in the case of minors - from their parents/legal guardians.
